Pilates and Zumba for Adults
Pilates is a system of physical conditioning involving low-impact exercises and stretches designed to strengthen muscles of the body. Pilates is a technique that helps you balancing your body and mind through natural ways and some physical activities. Activities: Breathing, Centring, Control, Concentration, Stamina, Precision and Relaxation.

Pilates-Mix is an activity where you can combine fun Zumba Choreographies, Pilates exercises, Stretching... The sessions are adapted to the demand of attendants.

If there were different levels among the attendees each exercise will be adapted to their individual needs.
The objective is that everyone enjoys and learns a serie of exercises to improve their physical condition and posture, which will make them fell better day by day.
Zumba combines fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body using an aerobic/fitness approach to achieve a unique blended balance of cardio and muscle-toning benefits.
All sessions will consist of 3 parts: Warm up, main part and relax.
